Wantable Intimates Jan 2014 Box Review

As luck would have it my Wantable Intimates box came the day I left for WDW so I knew it was sitting here waiting on me all week. M asked if I wanted him to open it for me and I said NO. Opening it is half the fun ;)

Regular box this month but they have gotten some new ones coming. I can't wait to get one of the sleek looking black ones.

First look. It was so fun to get a little note in my box.  And then when I pulled it out to set it down I saw writing on the back.

How fun is that. I love when a company seems to have fun with their job and Wantable definitely does.

As I've said before Wantable doesn't send a normal information card but sends a page with your specific items on it. Since they have a good questionnaire for each person everyone's box varies.  The page also has a chart on their with your survey result categories. You will never get items you dislike and are more likely to get items you love. Here was my chart this month. I tend to go in and tweak mine as I see what other people are getting.  No guarantee that I will get the items I see but if I see something I like I put it in the running at least.

And now for the good stuff...

I got four items in my box this month and I'm exciting for them all. Detail to follow:

PACT Lake Blue Camisole ($28) - I'm loving this cami. I got the matching socks last month and they are so comfy.  This will be a great addition to my wardrobe.

On Gossamer Bralette Boudoir Bloom Champagne ($38) - I actually don't own anything like this but have been actively trying to expand my bra collection so I can't wait to try this one on.  I think the lace is hard to photograph but this is so delicate and pretty looking.

Bella & Canvas Low Rise Thong Chocolate ($9) - While this one doesn't look overly exciting it is totally something that I would wear. I'm actually a thong girl so these are perfect.

St Eve Seamless boyshort Pink Stripe ($9)- How cute are these?  As much as I'm a thong girl I'm also a stripe girl so these are also right up my alley. I can't wait to swing these in my rotation.

So do you like this months box too?  Did you get one? What was in your box?  As with all of their boxes Wantable intimates is $36 a month. They also have a makeup box which I get and love and an accessories box which I haven't tried yet.  My box this month came to $84 which is well over the $36 of the box and if you don't love it Wantable has an easy return policy. They also make it easy to skip a month if you want to. I love when a company makes my life easier. You can check out all of the Wantable boxes by clicking my link.

I love my boxes!!!

I'm home!!!!

We got back from WDW last night and I'm spending today catching up on work and house stuff. I will be back later with some new posts and specials going on with both Disney and Stampin' Up. I even got a Wantable box while I was gone too and hope to blog it soon.  Plus the Disney download and all that goes with it.  I have so many pictures to go through its kindof crazy. ;)

So since I've been MIA all week what all did I miss? Anything I need to go check out right now?

Let me know.

Talk to you soon,
Jenny

Peachycheap Grab Bag

Well as you all know I love a subscription box, a santa sack or a grab bag so when one of my favorite deal sites www.peachycheap.com had one posted over Christmas I jumped on it. I actually ordered it from my phone while we were taking a donut break opening our gifts.  And it came today and I couldn't wait to check in and see what all it included.

First look. The grab bag was really a bag and shipped in a PFRE. I love these envelopes and use them to ship all the time. If you haven't tried them out then you are missing out. Get online and order some from USPS now. They are free and then are priority to ship but you can stuff them with so much stuff.

From the first look I was excited.  Well anytime I see Washi excited and then the first thing I pulled out was the October Afternoon stamp set and it is one I don't have so I was done. The rest is just cake to me. LOL  This was the first grab bag I've done from them and for the $14.99 plus $4.99 shipping I would totally do it again. If you don't know www.peachycheap.com is a daily deal site that posts one crafty deal each day.  Things are really discounted so some do sell out fast. I get emails from them with the deal each day so every morning I take a look. ;)

Did you get the grab bag?  What all did you get? I need to look around and see what the variations might have been. I love mine.

Happy crafting!!!

Friday Phone Dump

Linking up with Jenn for some Friday Phone Dump.

This is how I started my mani the other day. ;)  I didn't want to mess up my nails with opening the wrappers so I did all of the first.
This was a new mug I got myself while Christmas shopping.  It is huge and I keep filling it up with my Hot Apple Cider from the Keurig.
N got to pick lunch the other day and he chose PDQ. He loves it there.
For the rainy day the other day N and M spent hours building all of the little figures out of Ns Lego Advent Calendar. We started it great but then got behind and they just stacked up.

This is how C plays. He was having a pirate party the other day.  We got a ton of Jake and the Neverland Pirate stuff for Christmas.

So that is my week quickly.  What did your week look like? Next week we're at Disney so I'll have a post on that when we get home. :)

Julep Jan 2014 Box Review

Yea my Jan Julep box came yesterday. I've been seeing people getting theirs but could not on the earth of me remember which box I had ordered. LOL I knew I didn't upgrade and I could have looked but decided to just be surprised and I'm happy with my choice.

The Julep  box was a nice purple this month. Most of the boxes I get from them are black so this was a welcome surprise.

This months collection is the boudoir collection labeled as fancy finishes and top drawer products.

And now for my selection. I choose the Boho Glam collection this month which included two polishes (Hannah & Noelle) and the quick dry drops. I then added the Vanish as an add-on.  I also added on some new Swatch Me stickers but they are back-ordered so not in the above picture.
Details:
  • Noelle - a sandy beach silk. This looks like a nice shiny tan color. I can't wait to try as a great neutral.
  • Hannah - a Sage creme.  I love green nailpolish. Not sure why but I do so I'm always in for adding to my collection.
  • TADA! - Quick Dry Drops that will reduce polish dry time, nourish nails and cuticles with botanical oils and vitamin E, and its scented with lavender and ylang ylang.  I've never used these kinds of drops and with my normal Freedom TopCoat I don't feel like it takes too long to dry but I want to see how these work and how fast.
  • Vanish - This is a cuticle softener and remover. It says that it will instantly loosen overgrown cuticles, it contains hydrating lanolin, removes stubborn color stains from nails, reduced regrowth with regular use and it will work wonders on toes, too.  I got this for the stain removal. No matter how good I try to be I sometimes I get stains from polishes and I love that this will help get rid of it.
Overall I'm loving the color palette this month and I can't wait to give it a go probably when I get home from my trip and I have some more time.  If you are interested in checking Julep out head over and fill out there Maven profile. They will recommend which box you should get but you can go in each month and change your selection, skip, get add-ons etc. They make it really easy.  The cost of the boxes are $19.99 a month and if you follow my blog you'll know I get about every other one. That is about all the polish I can handle right now. LOL I've got a very large collection going on and I'm trying to use every color at least once.

Did you get a Julep Maven box this month?  Which one did you get? Did you love the colors this month?
