Monday Morning Musings

Monday again and I'm back for some random musings of the weekend and upcoming week to come.

Weekend Update:  Another busy/not busy weekend here.  Got up and out on Saturday to of course pick Strawberries with N. Glad we went since after Sunday they are closed for the season. We will miss our fresh strawberries. And as soon becoming a tradition we had Saturday morning Mickey waffles.

Then once we got home we headed out to the pool. N wanted to ride his bike to the pool so he and M rode over while C and I drove. :)  It wasn't very busy there so we were able to keep the bucket off and C could go up on the play structure. He does not like the bucket and water falling on his head.

When we got home M had to head out to the symphony but the boys still wanted water fun so we pulled the little pool into the backyard.  C totally rocks his own style. Pink is his favorite color after all.

It was such a busy day that when N said he wanted to watch a show up in my room I didn't think anything of it until I went to check on him and he was out. For those that don't know means that I can be royally screwed when it comes to bed time. So I did what every good mom does and woke him up and sent him back outside to play. LOL His friends were out so he was excited to see them and I'm happy to report that he went to bed ok and it wasn't too late.

Upcoming Week: This is going to be a busy week. My friends are coming to scrap this weekend so I need to clean the house (well you know as much as I clean the house. LOL) and get the boys ready. C is going to my mom's house and N is going to his Nana's house.  Other then that we are just going to hang out and enjoy the weather before it gets stifling again soon. Also as I'm doing while writing this this morning I'm watching more Awkward. I am totally obsessed with it and will be sad when I've worked my way through the past seasons on Prime.  That will be a sad day.
