Paper Pumpkin Intro Kit

I know I know I'm a little behind in my boxes. The first My Paper Pumpkin came back in March and with spring being so crazy I'm just now putting it together.  I already have Aprils too and will be doing that soon I promise.) For those that want to know My Paper Pumpkin is a monthly kit from Stampin' Up. For $19.95 a month Stampin' Up will send you a kit with everything (except adhesive) you need to make a project in about 30 min. This was the first month they offered it and is also the kit everyone will get in their first month. This is so they can include a clear block for you to use in future boxes since all the stamps they send with be clear mount.  This months kit was for 4 cards.

I had opened this when it first came and I can't find my first look pictures but here is the one I took yesterday with all my supplies laid out as I was getting ready to create.

Here is the card that they show you how to make in the little pamphlet. Very cute. The only thing I did different was add some bakers twine to my button. I have a thing against naked buttons so I just grabbed a little twine and put it in there. :)

I knew I needed some Mother's Day cards so instead of making all my cards the same I changed them up a little bit.  With this one I used the new photo polymer stamps and a rosette from our rosette ribbon.
I really mixed this one up.  I used a paper doily and some bling and some of the pieces from the embellishment artisan kit.
Here again I used the photo polymer stamps and accents from the artisan kit.

For the first kit I think this is great. I loved the ease of making the cards as shown or just grabbing what I had around and making it work for the occasion. Just a quick note the second month rocks.  I'm hoping to work on those tonight so you might get a post soon.

Let me know if you have any questions about Stampin' Up or My Paper Pumpkin .  I'll be glad to help anyway I can.
